Keeping Knowledge Alive

Naah Kenneth Toh a.k.a Nakentoh Kenneth is a Knowledge Management and Communications professional with extensive experience in the development and humanitarian sectors, having worked in Cameroon and virtually supporting over 20 countries, within and out of the Global South. Over the years, he has worked with international organisations to design and implement strategies that strengthen institutional memory, foster learning cultures, and promote evidence-based decision-making.

 

Kenneth is passionate about transforming knowledge into action. He believes that knowledge management is not just a technical function but a strategic enabler for resilience, innovation, and social impact. His expertise includes building knowledge-centred organisations, facilitating communities of practice, and leveraging technology and human-centred approaches to improve collaboration and learning.

 

As an emerging thought leader in his field, Kenneth has authored numerous articles, led KM initiatives in Africa, facilitated capacity-building initiatives, and led knowledge-sharing events across Africa and beyond. His advocacy for inclusive and participatory knowledge systems reflects his commitment to equity, diversity, and sustainability in development and humanitarian work

When he is not designing KM strategies or actions, Naah Kenneth engages in writing, public speaking, and creating tools that make knowledge accessible to all. Keeping Knowledge Alive: Strategies for Learning and Transformation is a culmination of his insights, experiences, and vision for a world where knowledge is not only preserved but actively used to drive positive change.
