Jacob Ache the Great is a thrilling historical play about the exploits of Evangelist Jacob Ache. The celibate protestant clergy died in the early 1950s after having implanted the gospel and won many souls for Christ Jesus in many parts of the Meta Clan of the North West Region of Cameroon and beyond. Although the breath – taking story of his exemplary Works as roving evangelist has not been greatly popularized, this play takes us into the life of this legend whose amazing Christians life will definitely inspire every reader, especially Christians and Christians leaders of today. Apart from the Gospel, the playwright also portrays how this celibate – Evangelist grapples with crucial issues of his time in his ministry which include: Slave trade, imperialism, education, health and the clash of religious values. The celebration of Cameroon\'s culture in general and the Meta cultural heritage in particular runs across the pages of Jacob Ache the great.

  • Nyaa Hans Ndah, born in 1979 hails from Njimetu Bome in Mbegwi in the North West Region of Cameroon. For six years he pursued Primary Education in Government School Njekwo-Bome and Wumsom. After seven years of Secondary Education in Government Bilingual High School Mbegwi, he proceeded to the University of Yaoundé I. Presently He is a lecturer of English in the University of Bamenda. Apart from research Nyaa is Sunday School teacher and a Young Presbyterian (YP) Leader of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon. He is also a publisher who doubles as the founding director of NYAA & PARTNERS Enterprise based in Yaoundé Cameroon. NYAA & PARTNERS is a multi-service Enterprise specialized in printing, Publishing, Translation, and Consultancy, sale of papers and supply of stationeries. His published works include : My Africa (2008), Operation Nineveh (2008), and Add more Beauty to our National Anthem (2010). His poems feature in the following anthologies: Emerging Voices: An Anthology of Young Anglophone Cameroon Poets (2011). He is the author of the short play entitled should we close down the church which is also available on VCD and DVD. Nyaa is also a short story writer, an inspirational speaker and a hymn writer who has to his credit over three hundred and fifty hymns.
