Amos Buh Nyoh was born in Mentang Fundong Sub Division, Boyo Division in the North West Region of Cameroon. He attended Presbyterian School Fundong from 1981 to 1987. He also attended Government Secondary School Fundong and Government High School Fundong from 1987 to 1996. He then enrolled in the Department of English Modern Letters of the University of Yaounde I in 1996 where he graduated in June 1999. In 2002, he enrolled for Post Graduate Studies in the same department and in that same year gained admission into the Advanced School of Education (ENS) Yaounde. He holds an MA in English Studies and a Secondary and High School Teacher’s Grade II Diploma (DIPES II) in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language and Literature. He also holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Planning and Development from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India. Since September 2004, he has been teaching English Language in the English and French sub-system schools. He has also had considerable experience in the GCE and Baccalaureat Board end-of-course examinations. He is also an Academic and Business English instructor at CITEC, Yaounde.
